We work together to assess the current state of your international operations and supply chain. We'll provide benchmarks and best practices and while evaluating the potential magnitude of improvements and results.

Transformation
Based on the completed evaluation, we develop a transition plan to embed sustainable change in the organization, including: immediate opportunities; organizational shape; long-term cost saving; and people changes and training needed to embed and sustain changes.

Jim focuses on multi-year engagements to help turnaround become a continuing ramp period. Operations growing in double digits annually encounter unique challenges that require experience -- Jim proves the worth of his turnaround by seeing it through to meet goals above and beyond expectations.
